Welding
 TGS has an expert team of highly skilled, trained and certified welders who work with semi-automatic and automatic machines adopting SMAW, TIG, MIG and CO2 processes to guarantee defect-free high quality welds. The Growth Shop’s non-destructive testing facilities like radiography, ultrasonic and magnetic particle tests ensure exceptional consistency in the quality of the welds.
TGS maintains a large set up exclusively for Heavy Fabrication Assembly, where various jobs of complex nature can be handled comfortably.
 This facility had enabled TGS to carry out jobs like:
- Class IV duty Hot Metal Ladle Cranes up to 260T capacity
- Torpedo Ladle Cars to carry up to 320T
- Mobile Launching Pad with Bogie system weighing about 750 tons
- Shells & Stoves for the Largest Blast Furnace in India (capacity 3800 cubic meter)ponge Iron Plants up to 500 tons per day capacity and many more.
 A set of efficient shop floor wokers equipped with experience and relevant training, has enabled the Company to sustain high quality production through the utilisation of excellent facilities.
